THROWING MOTION
We will isolate any throwing mechanics that need attention and put a plan in place to correct the Motion as needed. Continuous Oversight and training reinforcement will build Muscle Memory and Increase Accuracy.

THROWING CORRECTIONS
SWIPE CORRECTIONS:
The Swipe motion within the release creates a break and will slow the velocity of the ball.
The swipe motion will decrease overall accuracy and velocity of the throw.
We have proven Drills that will improve throwing accuracy, velocity, and remove the swiping motion. Proven drills that will help your athlete get to full extension and use proper rotation to accelerate the ball to become a more accurate thrower.
